Our apprenticeship programme is an empowerment programme that gives the opportunity to have a hands-on practical experience, earn and get empowered with the relevant resources and equipment required to start your business immediately after the apprenticeship programme.

Benefits of our Apprenticeship Programme

The programme is completely funded by the organisation and gives you a chance to earn monthly stipend.
The programme gives the opportunity to learn about the rearing of different livestock with a well-structured hands-on practical training to support the apprentice to independently run a livestock farm after the apprenticeship programme.
Mentorship: there will be a close mentoring and mentorship benefit after the apprenticeship programme.

Eligibility Criteria

Age: You must be between the age of 16 – 60 upon the time of application
You must be physically and mentally fit to work on the farm
You must be ready to commit 24 months for the programme.
You must be willing to live in the farm staff quarters.
You must have interest in livestock farming.
